1. Precautions for reigniting tunnel kilns. For tunnel kilns, since most of the interior is built with refractory materials during construction, when the kiln is shut down for a period of time and restarted, the various systems and settings on the kiln should be readjusted, and the kiln should be heated according to the properties of the refractory materials, gradually raising the kiln temperature to the normal operating temperature.

1.1 Inspection of the kiln during reignition When reigniting a tunnel kiln, a detailed inspection of the kiln system, various equipment, and facilities should be carried out to provide sufficient conditions for ignition.

1.1.1 Check the kiln bottom cooling system The tunnel kiln kiln bottom cooling system is a system specially designed for tunnel kiln tracks and kilns. It can lower the temperature under the kiln car, minimizing the thermal expansion length of the kiln car track, and cooling the kiln car to minimize thermal deformation.

The kiln temperature and temperature uniformity depend on the ventilation capacity and air distribution. The firing process is an energy exchange process and a wet heat exchange process, which are achieved by adjusting the air volume of the kiln ventilation system.
