Chaozhou Solid Electromechanical Equipment Co., Ltd (abbreviation: Solide Furnace), was founded in 1990. The company is located in Chaozhou City, Guangdong Province, the main ceramic production base in China, specializing in the research and development, design and production and installation of gas-fired ceramic kilns, after more than 30 years of development, has accumulated a wealth of technical experience. Low firing cost

Gas kilns are the core equipment for ceramic production, and the firing cost has a huge impact on the production cost. With the development of kiln technology, the proportion of firing cost continues to decrease. At present, the average firing cost in the industry is about 17%, while the firing cost of Solide's large-scale tunnel kiln can be controlled within 10%, which is 40% lower than the industry average. Coal-fired tunnel kilns have always been recognized as the kilns with the lowest cost. Taking the example data of customers in Beiliu, Guangxi as a comparison, based on the same design output of 80,000 standard parts, the fuel and labor costs of coal-fired tunnel kilns are 0.47 yuan/standard part, and the fuel and labor costs of Solide's gas-fired tunnel kilns are 0.24 yuan/standard part. The total firing cost is only half of that of coal-fired tunnel kilns!

Energy saving and environmental protection

Calculated by the loading volume of daily porcelain per cubic meter, the average energy consumption of domestic kilns, including tunnel kilns imported from abroad, is about 26m3 lng/m3 porcelain, while the energy consumption of ordinary-sized tunnel kilns of Solid Company is about 17m3 lng/m3 porcelain, and the energy consumption of large-sized tunnel kilns is as low as 13m3 lng/m3 porcelain, which is only half of the energy consumption of other kiln companies' products! Pollution emissions from ceramic kilns have always been a big problem, mainly particulate matter, SO2 and NOx. Chaozhou ceramics are mainly formed by wet blanks, and there are not many particulate matters in the emission pollutants, while SO2 is mainly related to ceramic raw materials and fuels, and only NOx emissions are closely related to kiln technology. According to the test results of tunnel kiln emissions commissioned by Solid Company to the Guangzhou Institute of Energy of the Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2018, NOx emissions were only 43-65mg/m3, far below the prescribed standards.
